Refund policy

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging and included accessories. Proof of purchase is required.

Starting a return

Email service@aureviqu.com with the order number, the item being returned, and the reason for the request. Do not send an item before receiving return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or different from the item ordered.

Non-returnable items

Personalized goods, final-sale items, gift cards, and items that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons are not returnable unless defective or required by applicable law.

Refunds and exchanges

After an approved return is received and inspected, the refund decision is sent by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Financial institutions may require additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us promptly after delivery and include clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will assess the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund, or other remedy.
